Managing and organizing a meeting is, therefore, a management and leadership issue that should not be neglected.<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f A meeting can be a benefit for the organization as it can bring back issues to it.<br \/>\n\u2714\ufe0f It constitutes a strong instrument of management when it is a well-organized meeting, allowing to gather all the persons in charge of a project or a file; in order to organize a structured exchange around the subject.<br \/>\n\u274c However, a meeting can also be one of the worst enemies of the company because it almost never goes as planned: the meeting starts late, the participants arrive one after the other cutting off the speaker to apologize for their delay&#8230;<br \/>\n\ud83d\udcd1 The agenda is almost never followed, and the gathering ends with no relevant information and no one really knowing what to do.<br \/>\n\u26a0\ufe0f Don&#8217;t overlook the importance of organizing and steering your meetings.
